This course is designed to introduce participants to the theory of racism, sexism and homophobia. It will focus on understanding stereotypes and prejudices, different types of discrimination and how to identify and tackle incidents. It will give participants skills and resources for doing anti-discrimination activities in youth work settings and introduce practical strategies for managing conflict.
