The NYCI National Youth Health Programme (NYHP) in partnership with The Sanctuary are delighted to present this new weekly email initiative delivering short, timely supports you can use at a moment that suits you directly into your inbox.
‘Building Blocks for Wellbeing’ is not a training or a substitute for meditation/mindfulness training. Instead, it offers additional support to assist the ongoing wellbeing of youth workers both at this unprecedented time, and long after Covid-19.
Mindfulness and mediation are invaluable tools that help maintain and support mental wellbeing. The Sanctuary and NYHP want to share these invaluable tools to those working on the frontlines of society, specially to those providing support to young people. We believe that if you care for those providing support, those that they care for will also feel the rewards.
