The ‘Meditation Sessions’ is a free month-long meditation journey focused on you and your wellbeing.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday over the next four weeks, a short meditation will be sent to you via email, where you can join in from the comfort of your working space in your own time.
This series has been developed for you by the NYCI National Youth Health Programme in partnership with The Sanctuary, with the needs of youth workers and those working with young people in mind.
There are four themes for the Meditation Sessions:

Week 3: Conscious Breathing
Week 4: Reconnect
