Understanding and Responding to Racism: Building Anti-Racist Practice in Youth Work

February 11 @ 10:30 am - 2:30 pm GMT

NYCI’s Equality and Intercultural Programme is thrilled to invite you to an event dedicated to building and strengthening anti-racist practice in youth work. Join us in Dublin on 11th of February 2026 for the launch of our new resource, an e-learning course  ‘Understanding Racism for Youth Workers’

Youth workers often tell us they want to support young people affected by racism but feel unsure where to start. Many feel they don’t fully understand racism or how it plays out in everyday life. The resource is here to help: it introduces youth workers to key terms, concepts and practical tools that build confidence and awareness, and offer guidance.

Join us at the launch event to discover practical tools and key concepts for building and strengthening your anti-racist practice—so you can support racialised young people in a truly informed, meaningful and impactful way.
