Trauma Informed Practice – Monaghan December 10th 2025

“You’re invited to a practical training for youth workers on Trauma-Informed Practice. Together, we’ll explore how trauma affects the brain and body, practice applying trauma-informed approaches in everyday work, and create a personalised self-care plan to sustain your capacity to support young people. This session will equip you with knowledge, skills, and strategies to enhance both your practice and wellbeing.”

 

Note: This course is not a therapy/support group and is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 to attend.
