Reflect, Respond, Renew: The Role of Youth Work in Mental Health and Wellbeing

October 10, 2025 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm IST
Health

This World Mental Health day, October 10th, join the National Youth Health Programme for a powerful and engaging conference exploring the vital role the youth work sector plays in supporting young people’s mental health.

We know how essential youth work is in providing safe, inclusive spaces where young people can explore their identity, build connections, and feel supported. But more than that, youth work gives young people the opportunity to understand and care for their mental health in environments that are non-judgmental and empowering.

So much of that support begins with you, the youth worker. That’s why it’s equally important to focus on your wellbeing, confidence, and capacity to continue doing this important work.
