The NYCI Child Protection Programme is delivering a series of live webinars in 2021 to support the youth sector with some of the key issues impacting them due to Covid-19
For this webinar, The Child Protection Programme has partnered with the Ombudsman for Children’s Office to offer a live webinar on Children’s Rights in Ireland and the role and remit of the Office. The session will be delivered by the OCO and will outline the rights that children have in Ireland, and give an overview of the Office’s role in protecting and promoting children’s rights. This is a unique opportunity for professionals and volunteers who work with children under 18 to learn more about rights and the services that the OCO can offer.
The session will be between 1 hour – 1.5 hours to allow for questions and discussion.
