In our lives we can be faced with many challenges and setbacks and how we cope with these setbacks can have a positive or negative impact on our mental wellbeing. Nollaig wants to support you in identifying what coping strategies do you use when faced with stress, change, or adversity? This seminar will provide you with several tools and techniques that you can start incorporating today to increase positive wellbeing and resilience. Having resilience in times of struggles, stress or setbacks is key to supporting ourselves, having a mental reservoir of strength that we can pull on in times of need is essential for our wellbeing. This seminar focuses on how we can ensure that we have the coping strategies in place not only to build resilience but also to ensure we keep building on our positive mental wellbeing.
