  • Want to have your voice heard by the Department of Climate, Energy and Environment?
  • Want your opinions to inform Ireland’s Climate Priorities for COP30?

Have your say at the Climate Consultation 2025!

NYCI co-manage the Climate Youth Delegate programme alongside the Department of Climate, Energy and Environment (DCEE). As part of the Climate Youth Delegate’s mandate, they run consultations throughout their term to understand what young people living in Ireland think about Climate issues. These consultation results are brought directly to the Department, and help form the Irish Climate Priorities for huge international climate events such as the United Nations “COP” event, which is the largest climate event in the world.

The 30th edition of COP (known as COP30) will be a huge event, and is taking place this November. Ireland’s Climate Youth Delegate will be travelling to COP, taking your perspectives and opinions to the international negotiations and advocating for your opinions. As such, it’s vital that we hear from you!

We’re welcoming you to the Climate Consultation 2025! Places are limited so fill in the registration form now to secure your place.
