On this World Mental Health Day, NYCI’s National Youth Health Programme are delighted to host a webinar on ‘Anxiety in Young People & how the Youth Work Sector can support Youth Mental Health’.
From our conversations with youth workers and those working in the youth work sector, there is an increase in mental health issues for young people, such as anxiety. However, there is a query of concern from the sector in terms of capacity to help young people differentiate between day-to-day nerves & apprehensions that we all experience to an anxiety disorder.
