Welcome to a whole new week starting this Monday. Today in this practice we are going to look at the notion of pausing and how that can help us to reconnect with ourselves. To step out of the busyness of life and come to know how we really are in this moment. I am going to invite you to sit comfortably with your feet on the ground, just settling in.
Tara Brach who is a clinical psychologist and mindfulness teacher (she is also the founder of the Inside Meditation Community in Washington) talks a lot about the ‘sacred pause’. What it really means is stopping, connecting in with ourselves with how we really are in this moment, so we will just go through this together now.
