We have arrived again to mid-week and we are curious as to how you got on? Did you have the opportunity to practice? If so, what did you notice and what did you became aware of. Maybe if you had time to just calm that nervous system just a little bit, connecting the mind that is always so busy and bringing it back to the body, to the breath in the body so it is a really coming home to ourselves.
