Week 1: Tend and Befriend – Wednesday Touch-in
We’ve made it through the beginning of the week! Have you had a chance to ‘tend and befriend’ and touch in with some soothing practices? Today we will try out Dr. Kristin Neff’s Self Compassion Break. A practice designed to soothe us and extend the same care and kindness to ourselves that we extend to those all around us- including the youth who we work with.
