Week 1: Tend and Befriend – Friday Release
Happy Friday! We’ve made it to the end of the week. Let’s see if we can let go of all that has been come and gone through the soothing sensations of our out breath. Focusing on the outbreath reminds us of the power of letting go. Letting go with each exhalation, can we allow the outbreath to guide the mind to do the same as we move into the weekend?
