We are delighted to announce that Eimear Manning from our Youth2030 team has been appointed as Ireland’s representative to the UNECE Steering Committee on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD)’s Youth Network.
Over the next year she will be a spokesperson for young people in Ireland to have their voices heard on issues and policies relating to ESD. Wherever possible, Eimear will be asking for inputs from young people to ensure that diverse feedback is represented, so keep an eye on this space and on Eimear’s personal LinkedIn Eimear Manning, M.Sci. and Twitter (@TurnTides) accounts. Share this with young people that you think would be interested in having a say in Education for Sustainable Development.
Youth 2030 is a partnership between NYCI and Irish Aid, working in consortia with Concern Worldwide, Maynooth University and Trócaire to deliver Global Youth Work to the youth sector.
