Pavee Point

Pavee Point's aim is to contribue to the improvement in the quality of life and living circumstances of Irish Travellers.

As an integral part of Pavee Point, whose overall aim is to contribute to the improvement in the quality of life and living circumstances of Irish Travellers by developing processes which create solidarity, social justice and human rights, the Youth work programme's aim is to enhance the lives of young travellers by:

• providing comprehensive and culturally appropriate programmes of personal development and social education and;
• playing an advacacy, liaison and resourcing role in relation to decision-makers and service providers whose policies and programmes affect the lives of young travellers.
