NYCI is recruiting a SkillsSummary in Youth Settings Project Coordinator

Monday, October 8, 2018 - 12:45

Interested in the use of tech for good? Want to be involved in an innovative project that helps young people highlight their skills for potential employers? SkillsSummary is an exciting new IT solution developed with Accenture and funded by DCYA. It supports young people, some of whom may find traditional academic learning challenging, by helping them to map the learning acquired through their participation in youth work and other non-formal settings to a set of competences. NYCI and SpunOut are looking for a motivated self-starter to drive the roll out of SkillsSummary among young people, youth organisations, youth employability projects, and other organisations.  If you have proven project coordination skills, and can be a strong advocate for the project and for the importance of SkillsSummary within the youth sector, statutory and voluntary organisations, agencies and employers, we’d like to hear from you. Join us if you are passionate about making an impact on young people’s lives while working in a positive and stimulating team environment.

This is a Part time Post.  3 days per week or the equivalent in hours.
